I am not a big fan of white sauce pasta, however my wife loves having this rich and creamy pasta, and i love her so always love making this for her with a nice crisp garlic bread😋😋❤️❤️.
Prep Time – 5 Mins
Cooking Time – 20 Mins
Serves – 2
4- Olive Oil
7- Black Pepper
8- 1TSP refined flour
10- Finely Chopped Garlic
1- Boil water with salt and oil. Add the pasts in water. Boil it for 13 mins. You can also check boiling instruction on the pasta packet.
2- Strain the pasta and drizzle oil on it.
3- Boil the veggies for 6-7 mins and strain out.
4- In a apan add olive oil and add garlic.
5- Add 1 TSP refined flour and give a nice mix.
6- Add milk in batches and keep stirring to avoid any lumps.
7- Add oregano, chilly flakes and salt.
8- Add the pasta , veggies and stir for 2 mins.
9- Remember the sauce will thicken so add milk accordingly in between.
10- Add mozarella cheese and give a mix. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins.
11- Serve it hot as the the sauce thickens with time.
Tip – If the sauce thickens too much, feel free to add some milk and microwave it for 3-5 mins.
