Rava Dosa Recipe – How to make Rava Dosa

A south Indian breakfast, made with semolina, rice flour and refined flour. Its very simple to make and is a nice and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients to make Rava Dosa
½ Cup Rava
½ Cup Rice Flour
¼ Refined Flour
1 tsp curd
Salt
4 cups water
Ginger finely chopped
Crushed black pepper
Finely chopped curry leaves
½ Onion finely chopped
Green chillies finely chopped

Method to make Rava Dosa
1- In a big bowl add Rava, Rice flour, refined flour, curd salt and 2 cups water. Mix it all together nicely.
2- Add Finely chopped ginger, chopped onions, chopped curry leaves, Chopped green chillies, Crushed black pepper and 2 cups water. Mix it all well again and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
3- Heat a non-stick pan and add 2-3 ladle of Rava batter on a super-hot pan.
4- Drizzle 2-3 tsp oil on the Dosa and let it cook until nice and brown.
5- Serve it hot with Chutney of your choice.
