Rava Appe/ Paniyaram – How to make Rava Appe.

This is the most quickest and healthiest snack ever. You can enjoy these cute little appe with your favourite chutney and do not forget to have your Chai/Coffee.

Serves – 2

Ingredients
1- 1 cup rava/suji
2- 1.5 cup curd
3- 1 onion finely chopped
4- Curry leaves
5- Urad Dal 1 TSP
6- Chana Dal 1 TSP
7- 1/2 TSP baking soda
8- Mustard Seeds

Method
1- In a bowl add suji and curd and mix it nicely for 1-2 min Give rest for 5 mins
2- Add salt and mix again.
3- Heat a pan and add oil.
4- Once oil is hot add Mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and curry leaves. Let it all crackle well.
5- Add onion and cook until soft.
6- Add the tadka in the rava batter and mix.
7- Now add the baking soda and mix.
8- Heat a non stick appe maker and apply oil.
9- Pour 1 Spoon batter in each circles.
10- Cook for 3- 4 mins on each side.
11-Enjoy with a chutney of your choice.
