Egg Sandwich Recipe – How to make egg sandwiches
I usually ask myself how would i like my eggs today, scrambeled, fried or boiled. How about none of the above. Your morning meals should be a motivation to wake you up. This egg and mayo sandwich never fails and is easy to make and is full of taste.

Ingredients to make egg sandwich
3 hard boiled eggs peeled and coarsley chopped.
Capsicum finely chopped
Crushed Black Pepper
Bread of your choice
Method to make egg Sandwich
1- Chop boiled eggs with or without yolk. I have added the yolk in this sandwich as i like the taste.
2- In a bowl combine the eggs, capsicum, 3 tsp mayo, crushed black pepper .Mix it well.
3- Spread over 3 tsp egg salad filling over one slice of bread in each pair. You can top with lettuce leaf or any other veggies you wish to add
4- Cut each sandwich in half before eating.
Egg Bhurji – How to make egg bhurji
The most popular Indian breakfast. There are so many ways to make this quick and yummy breakfast, you can make this simply with salt and pepper. You can make this with your favourite veggies. Please try this quick and easy recipe and share with your family and friends.

Cooking time – 15 mins
Serves – 3
Type – Breakfast
1- 5 eggs
2- 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
3- 2 medium sized tomatoes
4-Ginger finely chopped
5- Ginger garlic paste
7- Turmeric Powder
8- Red chilly powder
9- Garam Masala
10- Salt as per taste
11- Cumin seeds
1- Heat a non stick pan and add 3 cubes butter amd 1 tsp oil.
2- Add cumin seeds, ginger ,ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
3- Add finely chopped onion and cook till soft.
4- Add tomatoes and salt. Cook for 2-3 mins on a high flame.
5- Add 1/2 tsp turermic powder , 1 tsp red chilly powder , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp garam masala. Mix it all together until combined.
6- Cover with a lid and cook until gravy releases the oil.
7- Pour in the slightly beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked.
8-Top it up with butter. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9- Serve hot with buttered bread/pav.
Egg Fried Rice – How to make egg fried rice
Quick one pot meal to have it on those lazy days😋🤤👍😊
Preparation time – 10 mins
Cooking time -10 mins
Serves – 2
1- 3 eggs
2- Boiled rice
3- Carrots , capsicum , beans , garlic , finely chopped onions.
5- Black pepper powder
6- Soya sauce
1- Boil the rice with salt. Boil the rice completely, and ensure its not over boiled. Keep the rice under the fan or let it cool down naturally.
2- Heat a pan and add oil. Crack three eggs in the pan and whisk it for like 2 mins. Dont overcook the eggs. Take out eggs on a plate.
3- In the same pan heat some oil and add garlic, stir it on a high flame for 1 min.
4- Add onions and cook till soft. Add all the veggies once onions are cooked and stir it on a high flame for 2 mins.
5- Add salt and crushed black pepper.
6- Add rice and stir it gently.
7- Add 1/2 TSP soya sauce and mix it until combined. Dont add too much soya sauce. Now add the eggs and give the final mix.
8- Serve it hot
Note – You can have this with little vinegar and Schezwan Sauce.
