Chicken Marinated in ground Indian spices and fried in oil and further cooked in onion , tomato and whole Indian spices. This is one my favourite non veg curry to have with rice.
Bhuna Chicken Masala Ingredients.
1 KG chicken
4 large onions
2 Large Tomatoes
Ginger Garlic Paste
Kashmiri Chilly Powder
Method to make Bhuna Chicken Masala.
1- Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour with salt , 3 tsp kashmiri lal mirch , 2 tsp coriander powder , 2 tsp garam.masala , 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
2- In a grinding jar add 4 roughly chopped onions , 2 tamotoes , 1 bay leaf , 4 green cardamom , 2 cloves , 4-5 black peppercon and make a fine paste.
3- Heat 7-8 tsp oil in a thick kadhai
4- Fry chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on a high flame. Gently stir in between.
5- Once chicken iw cooked 50 percent , add onion and tomato paste.
6- Add 2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch, 1 tsp Garam Masala , Salt as per taste and mix it well.
7- Cook on a higj flame for 5-6 minutes.
8- Add hot water 2-3 cups , cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium flame. Keep stirring in between.
9- Reducle the flame to low, cover with a lid and cook further until gravy releases the oil.
10- Enjoy the dish with rice and Onions.
