Hash Browns Recipe – How to make hash browns.

Restaurant Style hash browns perfect with Mayo and Tomato sauce

Ingredients to Make Hash Browns
4 Medium sized potatoes
Mozarella Cheese
1 onion finely chopped
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg
5 tsp refined flour

Method to make Hash browns
1- Peel the poatoes and grate it.
2- Add the potatoes in ice water and blanch it until water is clean.
3- Squeeze the water from the grated potatoes and add in a bowl.
4- Add egg , oregano , black pepper , mozarella Cheese and refined flour. Combine it all . Add salt just before making.
5- Heat a non stick pan and add 3 tsp oil.
6- With the help of spoon place potatoes into the pan in a 1/2 inch thick layer. Cook until nicely brown on the bottom, then flip over and brown on the other side.
7- Remove from pan, and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
