Deep fried Boneless chicken marinated in corn flour, refined flour and cooked in Oriental Sauces. its a very popular dish in most of the Indian Restaurants.

Ingredients to Make Crispy Chilly Chicken
Boneless Chicken 450 gms
10 garlic cloves finely chopped
Ginger finely sliced
Onions Cube, Layers separated
Dark Soy sauce 3 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp
Red chilly paste 3 tsp ( If you dont have red chilly paste , You can make it by adding some kashmiri chilly powder in 2 tsp oil and mix it nicely)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar
Method to make Crispy Chilly Chicken
1- Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste , soy sauce , 3 tsp corn flour, 3 tsp Refined flour , 1 egg whisked , salt and pepper. Marinate it at least for 30 minutes.
2- Heat oil to deep fry the chickem
3- In a bowl add 6-7 tsp corn flour and coat the chicken pieces nicely before frying. Please coat every piece separately and nicely with flour before frying.
4- Fry all the chicken pieces nicely in batches and take out on a tissue paper.
5- Heat a pan and add garlic and ginger. Fry it on a high flame for 30 seconds.
6- Now add the Onions and Capsicum. Cook it nicely on a high flame for 1-2 minutes
7- Now add red chilly paste , tomato sauce , soy sauce , salt and sugar. Mix it all nicely until combined. At this stage you can add water, if you dont want dry chicken.
8- Add the fried chicken and mix it well until incorpoarated. If the color of sauce is not dark on the chicken, you can add some more soy sauce.
9- Cook it on a high flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
10- Add 2 tsp corn flour with 3 tsp water and make a slurry, add the slurry in the chicken and mix it well. Cook for 1-2 mins.
11- Garnish with some sesame seeds and Spring Onions.
