Quick Bread Pakore Recipe – How to make quick Bread Pakore

Its an easy to make home recipe. Crispy from outside and soft from Inside. Bread Pakore are Generally made with a potato and paneer stuffing, however you can make without stuffing too, if you are looking for a quick snack. It has a spicy and tangy taste and gives a mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients to make quick Bread Pakore
Bread Slices 4-5
Gram Flour 1 Cup
Carrom Seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp red chilly powder
Oil for frying

Methods to Make Quick Bread Pakore
1- Add a cup of gram flour in a bowl.
2- Add Turmeric powder , coriander powder , garam masala , Amchur Powder , salt , Baking soda and carrom seeds.
3- Add Little water in batches and mix it properly. Please dont make the batter too thick or too water.
4- Dip the bread slices in the gram flour mix to completely soak it
5- Deep fry in hot oil.
6- Serve it hot with Sauce of your choice.
