Paneer Koftas in Palak Gravy is a quick, easy and tasty recipe of paneer koftas bathed in a richly-flavoured spinach gravy.

Ingredients to make Paneer Kofta in Spinach Gravy.
200 gms paneer
2 Boiled potatoes
Ginger finely chopped
Red chilly powder
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Method to make Koftas
1- Grate potatoes and paneer in a bowl.
2- Add 1/2 tsp Garam masala , 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder , salt , finely chopped Ginger , salt and 5 tsp corn flour.
3- Mix it all together.
4- Coat with some corn flour and dust the extra flour before frying.
5- First try to fry one kofta, if it breaks add some more corn flour to the mixture.
6- Please cook it on a low flame to medium flame until turn brown.
7- Take out all the koftas on a tissue Paper.
Method to make Spinach Gravy
1- Blanch spinach in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
2- Once the spinach is boiled put it in a bowl with ice water.
3- Grind the spinach and make a nice puree.
4- Grind three tomatoes and make a puree.
5- Heat a pan and add oil.
6- Add garlic, ginger and cumin seeds. Let it all crackle well.
7- Add spinach puree and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame
8- Add tomato puree, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1 tsp garam masala , 1/2 tsp red chilly powder , salt. Mix it all well and cook for 5 minutes.
9- Cover with a lid and cook for 10 mins on a low flame.
10- Take out the spinach gravy in a bowl and Dip koftas in the gravy.
11- Garnish with some fresh cream.
12- Serve it with Chapati or Rice.
