Ingredients to Make Hara Pyaaz Bhujia
1- Spring onions
2- Mushrooms
3- 1 tomato
4- 1 bay leaf
5- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
6- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
7- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
8- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
9- 1 TSP crushed black pepper powder
10- Finely chopped ginger
11- Finely chopped Garlic

Method to make Hara pyaaz Bhujia
1- Heat oil in a pan
2- Add bay leaf
3- Add chopped onion bulbs and ginger garlic. Cook until raw smell goes off.
4- Add all the ground spices and salt.
5- Add Tomato and cook on a high flame for 30 seconds.
6- Add mushrooms and some more spring onions.
7- Stir it well on high flame for 30 seconds.
8- Add 3 tsp water and cover witha lid . Cook on a low flame for 7-10 mins.
9- Garnish with some coriander leaves and sping onions.
10- Enjoy with Chapati!
