ingredients to Make Walnuts Paneer Kabab
250 gms Paneer
1 cup walnuts roasted
Ginger
4-5 garlic cloves
Mint Leaves(8-10 leaves)
Coriander leaves( 8-10 leaves)
1/2 tsp garam Masala
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt as per taste
Cumin Powder

Method to make WalnutsPaneer Kabab
1- Grind the walnuts completely in a grinder.
2- In the grinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves , garlic, ginger , turmeric powder , garam masala , cumin powder , salt and paneer.
3- Take the mixture and shape into small round patties.
4- Heat a non stick pan and add oil.
5- Shallow fry on a low flame for 7 minutes each side.
6- Serve it hot with sauce of your choic
