Ingredients for Railway style aloo Sabzi
4 boiled potatoes
1/2 kg finely chopped tomatoes
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
Salt as per taste
Method to make railway style aloo Sabzi
1- Heat oil in a pan.
2- Add cumin seeds and green chillies
3- Add all the spices, mix it once and add half cup water. Please dont burn the spices as that would completely change the color of the gravy.
4- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy.Add Salt after adding the tomatoes
5- Add potatoes and cook in the gravy on a high flame for 1 minute. Keep stirring.
6- Add water as required and cover with a lid.
7- Cook for 15 mins on a low flame.
8- Garnish with green chillies and corinader leaves.
9- Serve it hot with Poori.
