Ingredienta to make Omlette
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chillies chopped
2 tsp butter
Method to make an omlette
1- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato and green chilies.
2- Let the vegetables sweat lightly then turn down the heat and let the vegetables cook.
3- Then break 3 eggs and whisk them nicely.
4- Add salt and pepper.
5- Pour the mixture in the pan.
6- Let it cook from the bottom completely.
7- Once cooked flip and cook it from the other side.
8- Serve it with a toasted bun and garnish with fresh coriander.
