A curry of kebabs, cooked in a rich tomato, onion gravy and spices. This is a really quick and easy meal to prepeare.

Ingrdients of mutton Seekh kabab Masala
400 gms mutton seekh
4 tsp vegetable oil
2 medium sized onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes grated
2 tsp kashmiri chilly powder
ginger finely chopped
1.5 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
How to make seekh kabab masala
1- Cut the kababs in rounds, and fry it in a deep fry pan for 3-4 mins.
2- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan.
3- Fry onions till they turn golden brown.
4- Add finely chopped ginger and cook for 3-4 mins
5- Add tomatoes
6- Add salt , kashmiri red chilly powder , garam masala and salt.
7- Cook and keep stirring on a high flame for about 3-4 mins.
8- Add 1 cup water and cover with a lid. Cook until oil seperates.
9- Finally add the seekh kababs and mix it nicely in the gravy
10- Add 1.5 cups water, cover with a lid and let it cook for some 15-20 mins. Keep stirring in between and let the sauce thickens.
11- Garnish with some green chiliies and lemon.
12- Have it with Phulka, or dal rice.
