This stir fry vegetables in Black Pepper Sauce is quick & easy to make, loaded with super veggies and super tasty over a bowl of steamed rice!

Type – Main course
Mushrooms , brocolli , babycorn , yellow capsicum , green capsicum ,
1 Onion finely chopped.
Garlic 15 cloves finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped
oats powder 3 tsp
Red chilly paste
1- Clean all the vegetables nicely and cook it in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Dont throw the vegetable stock.
2- Take out the veggies in a seperate plate.
3- Heat a pan and add 4 tsp oil. Stir fry the vegetables nicely and keep it aside
4- In the same pan add some oil.
5- Add garlic and ginger. Cook it on a high flame for 2 minutes.
6- Add onions and spring onions. Cook it nicely until light brown.
7- Add oats powder and give a mix.
8- In the pan add the vegetable stock and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes to avoid lumps.
9- Add 2 tsp crushed black pepper, salt , 1/2 tsp sugar, 3 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce , 1 tsp red chilly paste.
10- Mix it all together and cook until gravy thickens.
11 – Add the stir fry vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes.
12- Garnish with spring onions and serve it hot with rice of your choice.
